The pathologist( who mainly deals with autopsy) discovered that Mr. Saluto had died of a cerebrovascular accident, which is otherwise known as a stroke (Stroke is an interruption of blood supply to the brain due to damaged artery supply to the brain).

2. Selma ate a spicy meal at an Indian restaurant. Later that evening she experienced cramping and diarrhea which is due to gastroenteritis. Gastroenteritis is an infection, inflammation, and irritation of the stomach and the intestine is normally due to spicy and unhygienic food. It required antibiotic therapy for complete cure but sometimes it can be cured by simple supportive care like fluid replacement.
