O from henry's history i would suspect that he is Suffering from chronic Disease Anemia. Due to the deficiency of erythropoietin it accompanies with chronio renal failure and renal failude always result in anemia. Persons who suffers from end stage kidney disease are always anemic because of kidney's in ability to produce eoy thropoietin. @ Anemia symptoms include weakness, fatiguel depression, insomnia, and decreased cognitive function. Erythropoieting is formed in kidneys and it is the hormeone which controls RBC production. But id renal failure erythropoietin is insufficient and this leads to production of lecs RBC by the bone marrow,

Anemia of renal failure produces decreased blood viscosity and it leads to decreased vascular resistance in cardiovascular function. Anemia also limits onygen supply and causes increase heart rate. Thus these physiological events are the reason for weakness, feeling tired, dizzy , and shortness of breath. * Anemia leads to chronic kidney disease by netion on the functioning nephrons and leads to increased Oxidative stress and hypoxic. Onygen dissociation cuore. shifts to right due to severe anemia.
