Can you illustrate how it is the job of someone who is not employed in the marketing department?
Answer: It means that it is important for every employees to understand about the specific needs of the healthcare organizations. It also means that the employees plays major role in the activities of the health services in organization. It adds value to the organization. The health services provided by the organization contains all the facilities for people. Team work is required among organization to bring out positive results. It doesn't matter the person is in marketing department or not, every member of the organization has its role.
