I WOULD LIKE TO BE A PART OF TRAVEL NURSING, BECAUSE IT CAN WORK IN VARIETY OF SETTINGS LIKE HOSPITAL, NURSING HOME, CLINICS, NURSING SCHOOL AND COLLEGES AND IN MANY NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS. A TRAVEL NURSE CAN HAVE THE ABILITY TO LEARN MORE FROM DIFFERENT SETTINGS. SHE/HE CAN ELIGIBLE TO DO MANY SETTING WORKS ALSO. AND AT THE SAME TIME SHE WILL GET A GOOD PACKAGE WITH FACILITY BENEFITS ALSO. FINALLY HER RESUME WILL HAVE A GOOD WEIGHTAGE FOR THE FUTURE.

3-EXAMPLES ARE-

1. IN HOSPITAL a nurse can act as a staff nurse and provide patient care with all required procedures and also can act as an administrator like infection control nurse, clinical instructor and quality nurse etc. so she already has a various role in hospital.

2. IN NURSING INSTITUTES a nurse can work as a clinical instructor, tutor, lecturer and principal also. they will provide regular classes to students. frequently practical classes also. examination also conducted by the tutor. so question preparation, paper checking and result declaration etc will done by tutor. with this they have to prepare the clinical rotation plan, master rotation plan, lesson plan and many nursing related institutional work also.

3. IN RESEARCH they can appoint as research associate, project data collector and project officer etc. in any health related or community related project with nursing qualification they can appoint as the above mentioned designation.

in above all the three there will be good package for all the material culture. so i would like to choose travel nurse to increase my knowledge in every field of nursing and in every speciality in nursing like ICU, OT, WARD, DIALYSIS ETC.
