1) Some possible causes for high healthcare spending are : Expensive Healthcare in US , Inequality in availing healthcare services , Providing assistance to the lower income class group , improve the healthcare sector via reforms and innovation , provide adorable healthcare services to all.
2) Some of the causes are : Most of the healthcare spending goes into the adminstrative costs and unnecessary tests which don't directly effect the healthcare , there is Inequality of innovation across the health sector , even after so much spending prices of healthcare remains high for a middle class person , high spending leads to Budget Deficit which inturn leads to inflation and causing high prices of healthcare , which ultimately leads to less people availing the services and having poor health
