Delta G of srep C to B can be easily calculated easily from subtracting energy of transistion state ( peak between b & c) from energy of C ====> 16 kcal/mol - 1 kcal/mol = 15 kcal/mole Ans

Now overall energy change from B to A is given energy of B - energy of A ( 11 - 5) = 9kcal/mole

Faster step is decided by activation energy so path which have less activation energy will have faster rate so faster step will be from B to C
