    • Assume a z value of 1.8 and that demand for all items is independent
  • Answer the following Questions:
  1. Current safety stock for each product at each location
  2. Safety stock if a standard item replaces 1 & 2 and another replaces 3 & 4
  3. Safety stock if the two locations were replaced by a single location
  4. If we do B & C simultaneously
