In the second case, there has been a lot of talk about some very different macro distribution that the one from the government recommended. What is your idea of the ideal distribution of macronutrients?

please give me some ideas for this question??? This is nutrition 101

Macronutrients refers to inclusion of three components in diet carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Macronutrients are needed in large proportion as they meet total body energy expenditure. Carbohydrates produces major source of energy and act as a prime source of energy production to brain. In a healthy human major percentage of daily calories is met by carbohydrates. Proteins are vital for body building. The energy is stored in the form of fat,when there is a depletion of carbohydrate and protein based energy fats will be used for metabolism. Ideal distribution of macronutrients is done on the basis of amount of energy expenditure per day, intake pattern.
