As an administrator of XYZ Medical Center, I have decided to start a multi speciality hospital which will be located in-between the rural and urban areas and also which is easily accessible to patients ,which serves lakhs of patients . The implementation according to priority are :-

- to provide evident based care to the patient which is feasible too means care which is provided must be based on the finding in the researchs done and effectively using the finding for patient care at a low cost.

- care which is easily accessible means care must be available for the patient at a fine distance where they can reach easily at time before any complications happens.

- providing free health camps means organising health camps which are free for the patient's every month will make the public more conscious about there health and will come for checkups and will help in prevention of disease by prevention of risk factors , early diagnosis and treatment and rehabilitation.

- provision of facilities and resources to the staff members means providing full supply of resources to the staff so that they can efficiently work for the patient's and also.providing rewards for the staff members for there good work .

- use of information technology in health field means introduction of the information technology to make the work easier and less time consuming for the staff members and also an upgradation for the staffs members working there
