There are a host of benefits that an employer can offer to his younger lot of employees , so as to keep them mentally & physically healthy-- on a continuous basis.
Nowadays, with increasing stress and demands , due to competition right from their schooling stage , the younger employees , once they join their dream-jobs, need a comprehensive wellness package---highly recommendable,if ,interwoven with their selected careers---instead of having to devote some additional time to care, not only for their health but also for some other facets of life like hobbies, future career, family, etc.
Keeping all the above in mind, some of the benefits the younger employees can be offered can include & will not be limited to:
1.Facilities , at work place for some sort of regular exercise routine , like walking, cycling --both allotment of time & facilities.
2.Interactive clubs that can identify & nurture any special talent among them , which will certainly be a de-stresesser for the passionate.
3. Paid vacation days based on no.of days worked--along with some company-operated stays at destinations , so that the vacation will be less financially-stressful for the employees , to return to work with renewed vigour.
4.Operating health-conscious ,tasty & hygienic   cafeterias ,inside the campus , doing away with junk foods.
5. Healthy & simple competitions for career development, within the company.
6. Flexible timings & work-from home options , which the employees at this stage of life , will need the most , with young kids--- which may otherwise make atleast the women employee to quit jobs , for the time-being.
7. Day care facilities for their kids , for those who do not have any body at home , to take care of their children --- which will solve one of the major problem of the young couples coming to work & find it difficult to hold on .
8.Video games outlet for those who are tech-savvy , to show-case their talents.
9. Beauty parlours /hair-stylists so that the employees can attend to their personal needs & be fully free & relaxed , when at home.
10.Study rooms for those involved in part-time classes for qualifying further & libraries for those who want reference books.
Thus, the benefit-ideas are endless as thedifferent needs of the younger employees are manifold.
A thoughtful employer can really offer most of these services ,in his campus ,at an optimum cost to himself, to tap & retain the best talents in the industry.
A satisfied work-force will turnout above-average performance , for sure.
