1. The top two given IR spectra corresponds to compounds containing aromatic ring.

This can easily be interpreted by the peaks of transmittance.

Aromatic compounds give overtone transmittance bands which are very short and continuous peaks between 2000 - 1600 cm-1. These overtone peaks are present in both the above IR spectra and are not present in the bottom two IR spectra.

Further aromatic C=C stretching frequencies 1400 - 1600 cm-1 as weak medium multiple bands are observed in top two spectra.

As these peaks are not observed in the two bottom given spectra, we can conclude that the given top two spectra belongs to aromatic compounds.
