4. Taking medicines with weight loss properties

5. One must use devices for weight loss

6. Surgeries are also available for weight loss such as bariatric surgery

7. Diet should be maintained

LONG TERM COMPLICATIONS OF OBESITY:

1. obesity can cause death of the patient

2. High blood pressure may arise to the patient

3. There is a risk of hight level of cholesterol in blood

4. Risk of type 2 diabetes

5. Heart diseases such as coronary heart diseases

6. Patient may get breathing problems

7. Anxiety and depression may also occur
