Answer #1

She will receive overtime pay when working more than 10 hours during a shift.

Adrienne's work is scheduled for 4 days in a week for a 10 hour shift. So this makes about 40 hours per week. So in order to get the overtime she will have to work more than 40 hour per week and also she will receive overtime pay when she works more than 10 hours during a shift.
