Application of the gordon pattern in elementary school for annual vision and hearing screening is a very challenging task as the kids do not cooperate. So the effective method of adaptation is primarily getting the concern from the parents about the method to be adapted for the evaluation now the method to be followed for the screening is changing the assessment from the formal way into some sort of fun annual academic test that has to conducted where the nurses do the test in a alternative way but carry out the assessment in such a way the test can be done to each and every kids and the final score can be calculated . Adapting such a way doesn't scare the kids and also they participation will be good.
