Since the first digit can not be 8, so total digit can be at first place= 9 and last digit must be even, so the number can be at last position = 5 {0,2,4,6,8}

Renaining position may take any digit i.e., total possiblity =10.

So, no of difediffe codes = 9×10×10×10×5 = 45000.
