Answer #1

We have the relation PV = nRT

Here P = 145 atm, V = 75 mL = 0.075 L, R = 0.082 L.atm/K.mol, T = 273 + 22 = 295 K, n = ?

n = PV/RT = (145 x 0.075)/(0.082 x 295) = 0.45 mol

Moles of O2 in the reaction vessel = 0.45 mol
