Answer #1

Answer: Yes, it is appropriate for a staff person to provide care to their own friends, family as it is duty of the person to take care of the people. Suppose there is a nurse, so it is a duty of nurse to take care of the every patient as well as family members if admitted. One has to follow their duty without the biases or being partial. If the staff person can not take care then he should do his best what he can do for his family, but should first carry his duty towards the organization.
