1) Energy of electromagnetic radiation is directly proportional to frequency of radiation.

E = h v

E = Energy

h = Plank's constant = 6.626 x 10^-34 erg s

v = Frequency

E = h v = h c /\lambda

Thus,

\lambda = c / v

2) .The light having higher frequency corresponds to higher energy and lower wavelength. A red light has longer wavelength, hence posses lower frequency.

Thus, blue light has higher frequency.
