ANSWER.

* Calculation of amount(ml) of Peniclillin G benzathine required.

        Formula = Desired dose/Dose in ahdn *Quantity.

     Here

          Desired dose (D) = 250000 units.

          Dose in hand (H) = 300000 units.

               Quantity (Q) = 1 ml.

As per above formula

           Amount(ml) of peniclillin required = D/H * Q

                                                                = 250000 / 300000 * 1

                                                                = 0.8 ml.
