Nonmaleficence is not to harm the patient for the least benefit. misidentification of patient and patient data, use of false results or documentation, wrong treatment all leads to harm to the patients. In a scientific study, researchers used the false scientific method and false assumptions all these lead to unethical bias in the research studies. Being a nurse, she is responsible for the work she has done. She needs to be aware of the ethical principles and values.
