Answer #1

Answer: Blood pressure is a force exerted by the blood on the walls of the artery and it is an important factor because it delivers white blood cells and antibodies for immunity and hormones such as insulin. My blood pressure is 130/90mmHg. This can be considered to be a normal range of the blood pressure as the normal range of the blood pressure is 120/80mmHg. But at present it can exceed to more than normal range such as it can be 140/ 90 mmHg for normal healthy person. The high blood pressure can be controlled by having a proper diet and balanced food. Intake of excess water also helps to maintain the blood pressure. Drinking tea can also lower the high blood pressure.
