IRB has right to protect and do welfare to the people who are undergoing for the research programs and the federal regulations require that research projects involving human subjects be reviewed by an Institutional Review Board. The IRB must approve or determine the project or the research to be exempt prior to the start of any research activities. A protocol of IRB is the precise and detailed design for conducting a research study.
