A, D are basically referring to the inferential statistics, and not descriptive statistics. Hence, they aren't the answers.

C is not correct. Descriptive statistics can be objective, but it can loss information by grouping.

So, we are left with B. Descriptive statistics have observations, which can be summarized to get distributions etc.

B is correct
