Answer #1

Analysis:

Ho: the mean values of decrease_dex in four treatment groups are the same
h1: at least one of the mean values of decrease_dex in four treatment groups are different
With F(3, 71) = 36.61, P<5%, I reject ho and conclude that at least one of the mean values of decrease_dex in four treatment groups are different.

from post hoc analysis, with p<5%, i reject ho and conclude that the mean values of decrease_dex differs significantly between (075-125R-025-050R), (125-250R-025-050R), (125-250R-075-125R), (Control-075-125R ), and (Control-125-250R).

Code:

library(readxl)
data1<-read_excel(path="C:/Users/HP/Desktop/Book2.xlsx")
summary(data1)

data1$decrease_sex <- c(data1$Pre.test-data1$Post.test)

results = aov(decrease_sex~ Treat, data=data1)
summary(results)
tukey.test <- TukeyHSD(results)
tukey.test

Output:

> datal<-read_excel (path=C:/Users/HP/Desktop/Book2.xlsx) > summary (datal) Pre. test Post. test Treat Min. : 23.00 Min. :1
