ANSWER- Abnormal lab tests are-

  • Creatinine - 14.8 ,( normal level 0.6-1.2mg/dl) causes are glomerulonephritis , chronic kidney diseases (patient is receiving dialysis)
  • Hgb - 5.2 (normal level 13.5-17.5 gm/dl) cause is anemia
  • Calcium - 6.8 (normal level 8.5 - 10.3 mg/dl) Hypocalcemia cause is dialysis or chronic kidney disease in this electrolyte imbalance occurs.
  • PO4 - 10.4 (normal level 2.5-4.5mg/dl) Hyperphostemia cause is dialysis or chronic kidney disease in this electrolyte imbalance occurs.
  • k - 5.8 (normal level 3.5-5.0 mEq/L) mild hyperkalemia cause is chronic kidney disease , electrolyte imbalance occurs.
