Comprehensive Articulation Agreement (CAA) is an agreement that governs the transfer of students within the state of North Carolina from community colleges to public Universities. It includes 58 community colleges and 16 Universities. Students graduates in Arts or science of community colleges with grade C or above and GPA of 2.0 to 4.0 are eligible for UNC institution under CAA. Students may get a baccalaureate degree and some additional courses as required. If the UNC institution has not approved the student under CAA, the student may appeal for Transfer credit.
