CRM software helps the organisation to put together all details from various departments related to customer.
I have been seeing companies building relationship with me at every time when I go to McDonald's, Subway, Dominos they always ask for my contact number, so that they can notify me regarding their best offers, and discounts regularly. When I do shopping from various E-commerce sites they ask for review of their products which are purchased by me, so that they can improve their product quality. Therefore even than, they are trying to build customer relationship.
When I talk to customer representatives of several companies, at the end of the call they always ask whether I am satisfied with the answers given by their representatives. This is also a method building customer relationship.
