• With the help of dengue triad(fever,rash and headache),I came conclusion as dengue fever.

2.severe cases of disease;

• Classic dengue fever - influenza like illness,maculopapular rash and severe pain in muscles.
• Dengue hemorrhagic fever - patient get worsen with shock and hemorrhagic manifestation.
• Dengue shock syndrome - mainly end of the untreated case if dengue hemorrhagic fever.

3.prevention of dengue disease;

• Use mosquito repellent indoors and outdoors.
• Avoid healthy populated residential areas.
• Use air conditioning instead of opening windows.
• Use mosquito nets.
