Listening is also one of the Important component of the Communication just like Good Speaking. So without Proper Listening , Communication cant be completed. Listening involves receiving stimuli and so it is distinguished from hearing as a psychological process. We need to know what is expected of us, Demonstrate courtesy and respect to the sender, If we listen, the sender is more likely to listen to us, Listening will acknowledge what is being said, Listening encourages further communication and also Listening enables us to determine the right response to make to the sender.
