Answer: Intentional touching such as shaking hands or holding hands with the proper consent is just like the normal thing. Even in the meetings or while meeting someone we shake hands or hug them. But these things totally depend upon the situation in which we are, suppose if we are in meeting then it is ok to shake hands. But suddenly an unknown person comes and hugs this is the abnormal thing. In our country things are totally different, greeting someone when meeting professionally usually shake hand but rarely hug each other. These things are not considered good in my country. Touching people without their consent is considered to be a bad act.
