Answer: Stress is a condition where person feels exhausted. The healthcare professionals can help the caregiver living width chronic stress while caring for the older parent with Alzheimer's around the clock as by providing counseling to the caregiver to take care of himself first. The healthcare professional can advice him to keep the day caregiver or nurse who can reduce the stress level by looking after the patients.

Men and women respond differently to the stress as females can handle stress easily whereas males are unable to cope up with stress. For example, females when they are in stress, they usually want to be alone and slowly they can recover but males becomes violent, they usually fight.

Understanding human growth and development enables the healthcare professionals to assess and deal with the stress and the life cycle as it provides platform to the healthcare professionals to analyse the condition of the human. It provides information regarding the life of person as might be due to many of the reasons the person can have stress such as divorce of parents, low socioeconomic status etc.
