The healthcare professional can advice him to keep the day caregiver or nurse who can reduce the stress level by looking after the patients.

Men and women respond differently to the stress as females can handle stress easily whereas males are unable to cope up with stress. For example, females when they are in stress, they usually want to be alone and slowly they can recover but males becomes violent, they usually fight.
