• Breast self examination helps to detect breast cancer early.
• A women can do breast self examination during bathing , dressing and detect the sign and symptoms like any lump, redness around breast, any type of discharge from the breast.
• Women should be familiar with how their breast normally look and feel.
• If any abnormality detect during breast self examination the women should report to the health care provider immediately.
