Here, the Temperature (T) of the gas and the moles (n) of the gas are fixed whereas the Pressure (P) and the Volume (V) are changing. Thus, we will use Boyle's Law here, according to which,

Here, Pi is the initial pressure = 600 mmHg,

Vi is the initial volume = 12.0 L

Pf is the final pressure which we need to find out.

Vf is the final volume = 36.0 L

Thus, using the Boyle's law, we will have,

Thus, the final pressure will be 200 mmHg
