The neutralization of 1 mol of KHP requires 1 mol of KOH.

Therefore,

Number of moles of KOH required = Number of moles of KHP

Calculation:

Number of mol of KHP = mass / molar mass

= 2.65 g / 204.22 g mol-1 = 0.01298 mol

Thus, required number of moles of KOH = 0.01298 mol

Molarity = number of moles / Volume in L

Molarity = 0.01298 mol / 0.0339 L

Molarity = 0.383 M
