1 Types of pieces of evidence

Analogical evidence- It is a kind of evidence in which analogy is to consider while explaining the things to an individual for its better understanding. For example, a decision tree

Character evidence- This evidence helps in identifying the character of an individual by identifying its intention in doing things at the workplace. For instance motivation and potential of a user.

Situational evidence- It is also known as an indirect investigation that is not intentional but arises to assist in various investigations. For example criminal conduct of an employee at the workplace.

Digital evidence- Evidence recorded using digital media such as hard drives and online files to maintain its secrecy. It includes cloud computing.

Direct evidence- Evidence that is identified for fulfilling a specif intention comes under the category of direct evidence. For example, workplace inquiry

Documentary evidence- Facts ad the information showcases to other individuals using documentary in the form of audio or video files are deemed as a documentary.

2. Chain evidence is a list of facts or the information arranged in a chronological order which will assist a person in checking all of them in a systematic order. It is handled by appointing a special unit for checking the work of one individual by another using custodian of duties function.

3. While comparing the paper or digital evidence instead of the chain of custody, paper evidence has a lot of risk of tearing by the guilty party as compared to the digital one.

4. For proving the fraud in criminal cases, adequate evidence against the guilty party is required to prove the fraud committed by a criminal.
