2.Required concentration =250mg

Total concentration =375mg

Amount to be dissolved =1ml

So, Required concentration /total concentration ×amount to be dissolved = required ml

375/250=1.5ml

3.Required concentration =75

Total concentration =100

Given=75/100=0.8ml

Discarded solution =0.2ml

4. Same formula

Required Lasix=60mg

Available =40mg

So, 60/40=1.5 tablets, ie1 and 1/2 tablet

5. Required dose=250mg

Total dose=125mg

Amount dissolved =5ml

So, milliliter in each dose= 250/125×5=10ml

One teaspoon =5ml so 2teaspoon is 10ml
