Order dose heparin 7500 units SQ 8 hourly.

Available quantity 5000 unit per 1 ml in a 2 ml vial.

So, you need to administer 1.5 ml per dose.

7,500units + 5,000 units/ml = 1.5ml

In a day client need total 3 doses according to 8 hrly order

1.5ml x 3dose = 4.5ml

Answer - 4.5 ml of heparin a nurse will administer to the client daily.
