The involvement of evidence based medicine provides most effective methods to deliver quality of care to the patients. It mainly aims to bring out positive change and better health among patients. So, the indulgence of the evidence based Practice in the healthcare improves the health as well as reduce the healthcare cost. Evidence based practice guides healthcare professionals to improve their methods of treatment.

But in some of the cases the evidence based practice may not work such as the new concept or the diseased problems. Sometime evidence based medicines have various side effects and not update, in such cases that can not be beneficial and hence cause adverse effects if used.
