• talking about the necessary care before initiation
• informing and getting aapproval from patient party to do any procedures,diagnostic test
• Patient decision making will ve of greater beneficial
• Coordination of patient care with the team
• aggressive treatments can be avoided if patients are in vey critical stages
• Palliative treatment can be discussed to be done in home which can reduce cost
• Informing excessive medical care for end stage patient will be harmful
• Can reduce over treatment and over diagnosis
