A 47-year-old obese female complains of pain in her right wrist, with tingling and numbness in the thumb and index and middle fingers for the past 2 weeks. She has been frustrated because the pain causes her to drop her hair-styling tools.

There is need to asses the past medication as well as the disease history like the arthritis or the certain other neurological disorder.

Then asses the proper condition of the patient like if there is any hormonal disturbance if yes then suggest for the hormanal replacement therapy.

Then for the pain management advise her to take certain medications like ibuprofen along with advise to reduce the weight and if required use hair clips and reduce the level ofthe stress and be calm and cool in thos situation be more friendlly in the environment.

Motivate her to be happy in her life and take some vitamins and mineral rich diet
