F = (9 x 10^9)(20.8 x 49 x 10^-12)/0.0253^2

F = 14330.48 N (attractive)

B)

Charge, q = (- 20.8 + 49)/2 = 14.1 uC

Force, F = (9 x 10^9)(14.1 x 10^-6)^2/0.0253^2 = 2795.37 N (repulsive)
