1) Market thinks that combining these assets will neither create value nor destroy . Both are complimenting each other value and one decline will offset by other value appraisal .

2) Yes it is correct since we are paying a premium to insurance companies so usually such procedures are costly as those are covered by Mediclaim insurance of high value cover .

3) Yes it is correct as now activity is lesser at night time .

Its false as it has no impact on purchase and sale price of the product as pricing is fixed before taking all labour cost in advance .
