In the above mentioned case, the major concerns are the past experiences of working as a junior resident for Dr. Simon. The main issue here is that he has been not well treated or compensated while working under the senior authority despite of his qualification and expereince. Health care sector is the field where experience and respect for the staff and within the staff is crucial to extract the best performances out of them. Appriasal, rewards and dignity are some components of the practice that the individual requires.
