The brain controls the entire body of all living being.It is packed with various nerves which carries and coordinates information to various body system.

It is divided into Central nervous system (forebrain ,mid brain, hind brain and spinal cord)

Peripheral nervous system (nerves) It consists of nerves and ganglia .It us subdivided into somatic and autonomic nervous systen

Somatic nervous system (neurons connect the CNS with external world).It consists of adherent nerves and efferent nerves.Cranial Nerves are present here except optic nerve

Autonomic nervous system (neurons connect the CNS with internal organs)It is subdivided into sympathetic and parasympathetic nerve
