Medication regimen is a systematic plan in administration of medication especially when it comes to administering in older or elderly population.

The main strength of the research is

• the number of participants were nearly 80% were above 60years,
• participants with less complication medication aadministration were more likely to stop medication when feeling worse
• higher ability to administer medications
• Prevents caregivers hassles
• Avoids self administration medication error

Some of the limitation are

• Has no relation with post discharge medication mmodifications or changes
• No access to health related problems
• Poor enemergency visits.
