I think recycling is the best method to reduce waste material.other than that infectious wastes must undergo sterilisation or incinaration.waste should be collected separately according to WHO waste management code then only we can use it for recycling.through product substitution or better operating we can minimize the reduction of sources of waste..food wastes or paper wastes should be divert from solid waste stream .yes i think that managed care is the first step which can help to do attain the aim.
