Will consult mental health clinic 5. Hypothryroidism-will check TSH levels today 6. GERD-lifestyle modifications for now 7. Sinusitis, chronic-do not carry Zyrtec, will prescribe Claritin 8. Low back pain-patient will continue Vioxx from outside provider 9. Mammogram within last 6 months, on calcium 10. Skin lesions-refer to dermatology 11. Return to clinic in 3 months
