Says that he is scared of "dying;"

Ans - due to type -2 diabetes there is delay in healing of the wound

And due to thiis Dibetes , infection may occur

Formation of gangrene is common in diabetic patients

Treatment for osteomyelitis

If patient admited with 24 hr of symptoms then antibiotics likr cephalosporin, Amoxicillin are benificial and after 24 hr pus drainage is done with antibiotics
