Answer #1

Momentum is equal to product of mass and velocity it is denoted by p-

p= mv

unit=unit of mass x unit of velocity=kg-m/sec

Dimension-

[p]=[m][v]

Dimension of mass-

[m]=[M]

and dimension of velocity-

velocity =displacement/time

[v]=[L]/[T]=[LT-1]

so .[ p ]=[M][LT-1]=[MLT-1 ]. Ans
