In hospitals people use emergency department for their medical conditions which can be treated I by primary care. About 29% of cases which are I sun in emugency department can be treated in I primary medical care. About 4.5 billion dollars can be saved annually if people visit physical clinic or office for their conditions rather than emergency department Many hospitals are effected by uncompensated care which they are providing because emergency care is more costly than prinary medical care. Many people misuse this which result in rise of cost and decrease of quality of care. To change the situation awareness should be given to people and to the community so they can decide which to visit based on the severity of their medical condition.
